Reflections
Balancing Business Needs vs. User Needs:
This project emphasized the delicate balance between fulfilling the objectives of the business and meeting the needs of the end users. Understanding the core requirements of both stakeholders and finding a harmonious intersection was essential for success.
Navigating Design in an Organizational Context:
Designing within the context of a complex organization presented various challenges, including navigating internal hierarchies, aligning design decisions with overarching organizational strategies, and addressing diverse stakeholder interests. Effectively communicating design rationale, gaining buy-in from key decision-makers, and fostering collaboration across departments were crucial aspects of managing design within this context.
